Amplicon sequencing

Amplicon sequencing refers to ultra-deep sequencing of PCR products for analysing genetic variations. It is typically used to investigate a few to several hundred genomic regions across multiple samples. Amplicon sequencing is especially useful for research, forensic and clinical applications where the goal is to understand human health, identify human remains or detect infectious agents.

As amplicon sequencing tasks are very variable, we do not have a standard package for it, so please ask for quotation in order to enable us to provide the best suitable solution for you.
